Our warranty policy is quite simple – How can we reduce the buying risk to the customer while still being fair to the company?

In order of appearance our warranty / returns policy is:
Full refund on unopened products/kits within 30 days of purchase. Let us know if you made a mistake and we’ll arrange pickup of the product from your address no questions asked.
Discounted repurchase of opened but unused kits
Access to our “Pre-loved Kits” channel within the community where you can find a buyer for your kit
Replacement LED grow lights (or free replacement driver shipped to you) and tents if any manufacturing defects
Case by case replacement of all other kit components in the “everything else” box if available OR partial refund/store credit for the value of the component that has failed prematurely
Not all items carry a warranty
